As a Human Resources professional with 7+ years of experience recruiting, developing talent inside organizations and coaching professionals in career transition, I am passionate about partnering with my clients to help them achieve their goals. Whether it's enabling a job seeker to unlock their next opportunity or supporting organizations in the engagement and development of talent - I deliver results and help drive individuals and organizations forward.
I believe that with the right tools, strategies and a purpose-driven approach, any job seeker can land themselves a role they'll love in an organization where they'll thrive. Simultaneously, any organization can attract the kind of talent they desperately desire, retain those they are scared to lose and enable the growth of their business by leveraging their most precious resource - their people. The best part of all is this - the career ladder is out, the jungle gym is in and there are no limitations except the ones we place on ourselves.

Where Did the "Jungle Gym" Originate?
I wish I was clever enough to think up that analogy myself! In her book Lean In, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg refers to her own career path as being more like scrambling a jungle gym, than climbing a ladder. Where a career ladder offers just one way to get to the top, she writes there are many ways to get to the top of a jungle gym. Her book had a huge impact on me and I recommend it to any man or woman paving their way in today's American working world.

"The jungle gym model benefits everyone, but especially women who might be starting careers, switching careers, getting blocked by external barriers, or reentering the workforce after taking time off. The ability to forge a unique path, with occasional dips, detours, and even dead ends presents a better chance of fulfillment. Plus a jungle gym provides great views for many people, not just those at the top." -Sheryl Sandberg
